Ian Clarke Ba (hons) Dip Ind, is a well-known and respected funeral director in South Manchester and Cheshire. In particular Sale, Sale Moor, Altrincham, Timperley, Northern Moor, Northenden and Hale.

He studied at the Methodist College in Belfast and gained an honours degree and Diploma in Industrial Studies at the University of Ulster. He passed his examinations through the British Institute of Embalmers in 1997.

Having spent eight years working as the manager and funeral director of a funeral service in Trafford, he decided to establish Ian Clarke Funeral Services in 2003 eventually opening a funeral home in Sale Moor Village from which he can serve all area's of Manchester and Cheshire.

Ian is very pleased to have been accepted into the National Association of Funeral Directors.

Ian holds the Diploma in Funeral Directing, widely acknowledged to be the Gold Standard academic achievement available to those in the funeral profession. He also gained the Scales Award, presented to the person receiving the highest overall marks in the U.K.

Ian and his team are recognised for their expertise and experience. They are regularly asked to comment and contribute to both BBC and Independent Television and Radio Factual Programmes and many of the broadsheet newspapers.
