The cost of a funeral is dependant on individual requirements and circumstance.
As members of the N.A.F.D. we are pleased to provide a simple funeral for families who, for various reasons, only require a very basic funeral. The cost for this service includes provision of a simple veneered coffin, conveyance of the deceased locally and the hire of a hearse for attendance at a local crematorium. Professional services include arrangement of crematorium and minister and preparationof legal documentation for the funeral.
As a rule, however, this cost is divided into two separate parts - the charges for our services and the disbursements which are paid on your behalf.Our charges will include arranging and conducting the funeral, choice of casket or coffin and hire of hearse and limousines.
The disbursements would generally include cemetery or crematorium charges, ministers fees and medical charges in the case of cremation. Other disbursements may include organist fees, floral tributes, order of service and costs incurred in repatriation.
